What attracted me most is how easy the program is to follow and how closely it caters to your personal goals and health issues. If your health status changes, you can update your health assessment and continue to complete goals that will get you back on the right track.

My blood pressure is much better than it used to be. I also pay closer attention to how much I am walking per day and work toward improving that each week. What really means the most is that even if you fall off the wagon and let your bad habits overtake you during the holidays or other times of the year, you can re-take your health assessment and start setting new goals to help get yourself back to a healthy state. It truly is not a program only for fit people. It is for everyone.
[/toggle] [toggle title=”Have you bought anything from the Vitality Mall? If so, what?” state=”close”] Yes, I have purchased two different pedometers with my points thus far. I am saving the rest of them to get a new mountain bike or iPad mini. I have enough points to purchase either one of those things right now. It is incredibly gratifying to earn enough points to get a big purchase![/toggle] [toggle title=”Why should other colleagues use HumanaVitality?” state=”close”] It is the easiest way to earn free rewards not only in monetary value but overall well-being. If you hate fitness, that is OK. There are so many ways to earn points, and most of them involve things that health care workers do anyway, such as CPR certification, blood donation, flu shots, children’s immunizations, and 5K events for awareness.[/toggle] [toggle title=”Anything else you want to share about your efforts to improve your health?” state=”close”] I can’t encourage everyone enough to get involved. How many times can you say you are getting a free iPad mini because you took care of your overall well-being? This is an easy program, and the rewards are worth the effort!
