It is time for all Baptist team members to complete their annual mandatory training. It will be incumbent upon all staff to complete the assigned coursework by September 17, 2014.
We have recently converted to a new Learning Management System, HealthStream Learning Center. HealthStream is dynamic system that will better accommodate the computer-based learning/training. The technical issues we experienced last week should all be resolved now.
Each corporate team member will be required to complete the BMHCC Annual Mandatories 2014 – Non-Clinical Part 1 and Part 2 or the BMHCC Annual Mandatories 2014 – Clinical Part 1 and Part 2. In addition, all team members are assigned the following modules:
- Code of Conduct
- Workplace Harassment/Discrimination
- Organ-Tissue Donation
- Falls
- Privacy and Security
- Connectivity
As you can see, we have expanded our mandatory offerings this year. All of these educational modules provide pertinent information to health care professionals.

Employees and physicians can access HealthStream utilizing one of two ways:

The user id for all employees and physicians is the same as their BMHCC network login: first three letters of last name + last four numbers of social security number all lowercase (ex. brf1234). The initial password is the same for all employees and physicians, which is: baptist.
