Hospice House renamed in Baptist CEO’s honor

From now on, the Baptist Trinity Hospice House will be known as the Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in honor of Baptist Memorial Health Care President and CEO Stephen Reynolds. The name was officially changed during a dedication ceremony at the Hospice House, located on the Baptist Collierville campus.

Renderings of the new signage and a portrait of Reynolds, which will hang in the facility, were unveiled during the ceremony. Among the event’s seven speakers was Lisa Turman, a Hospice House volunteer whose father and husband were Hospice House patients.

Opened in 2010, the Baptist Reynolds Hospice House was the first facility of its kind in the Memphis area and has treated more than 800 patients. The dedication ceremony is one of several events that will honor Reynolds, who will retire at the end of May.
