The Corporate Quality Department, in collaboration with the Center for Education and Organizational Development, is hosting its annual Spring Quality Symposium on Friday, May 9 at Garrett Auditorium on the Baptist Memphis campus.
This year’s seminar, titled, “Delivering World Class Results for Mid-South Populations,” will address how to work successfully in a clinically integrated network. This activity is open to physicians, nurses, case managers, pharmacists, CEOs, chief nursing officers, quality directors, performance improvement specialists, clinical directors and CFOs.
The symposium will feature two keynote speakers: David Willis, vice president of health system strategy and executive education, research and insights for The Advisory Board Company, and Robert Kropp, MD, MBA, CPHI, Aetna’s regional medical director for accountable care solutions. Topics will include “Successfully Reducing Readmissions & Managing Total Cost of Care,” and “Shared Savings to Drive Higher Value Health Care – a Win-Win for Patients & Physicians.”
