Don Kupper recently joined Baptist Memorial Health Care as the system director of pharmacy.
Kupper has 31 years of pharmacy experience in retail and hospital environments, including 24 years in hospital pharmacy management. He comes to Baptist from the University of Louisville Hospital, where he spent the last 15 years in several leadership positions, most recently vice president of supply chain, chief pharmacy officer and clinical operation. Before that, he spent 10 years as a pharmacy director at Jewish and St. Mary’s Health Care in Louisville, Ky.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, Kupper also holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University. He is an American College of Healthcare Executives Certified Health Care Executive and a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
