NEA Baptist administrator wins Regent’s Award

Brad Parsons, CEO and administrator of NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital, recently received the American College of Healthcare Executives Early Career Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award.

The award recognizes ACHE members who have made significant contributions to the advancement of health care management excellence and the achievement of ACHE’s goals. Members are evaluated on leadership ability, innovative and creative management, executive capability in developing their own organization and promoting its growth and stature in the community, and participation and interest in ACHE and its activities and objectives.

“I am honored to be the recipient of the 2013 ACHE Regent’s Award for Early Career Healthcare Executive,” said Parsons. “As we look to the many changes and challenges on the health care horizon, groups like the Arkansas Hospital Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives provide great value to our profession. I am proud to represent the mission and the meaningful work of NEA Baptist in the growing area of northeast Arkansas,” he added.
