A Mississippi native, Lowery has almost 10 years of human resource leadership experience and 14 years of health care management experience. He comes to Baptist Booneville from Highland Community Hospital in Picayune, Miss., where he served as HR director. Before that, he was an HR manager with Regency Hospital Company in Hattiesburg, Miss.
Lowery received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and Master of Business Administration from William Carey University, both in Hattiesburg, Miss.
“We are very excited about these two great additions to our distinguished human resources team,” said John Lacy, vice president of human resources for Baptist. “We know that Debbie and Josh will complement our mission of being a nationally recognized Best Place to Work.”
