(Note: You can read this article and view this video on any computer or mobile device.)

Meeting with you while visiting our facilities is one of the best parts of my job. I learn so much from you, and I enjoy getting to know you better. I also get to see how hard you work and how well you work together. Our patients and communities are so blessed to have you in charge of their care.

Our progress has made news recently, but the most important stories are the many things you do to keep Baptist going. It may not make headlines, but I see and I know what you do to ensure our success. You are the heartbeat of Baptist.

In honor of Hospital Week, I attempted to expresses my appreciation for all you do in this video, which we shared on our Facebook page:

What you do may not be easy or flashy, but it’s sacred work. It’s among the most important work anyone can do. And I’m so glad you choose to do it here at Baptist.

Did you enjoy Hospital Week? Let me know by email, tweeting me @jason_m_little, or finding me on LinkedIn.
