This is a great time of year, mainly because I have the chance to reflect on how much my family means to me; not just my parents, wife and children, but my Baptist family, as well.
This has been an exciting, eventful, successful, challenging and extremely rewarding year, and the fruit of your labor is worth much more than presents under the tree. Your hard work has healed patients, comforted loved ones and encouraged fellow teammates. Your commitment to excellence inspires me every day.
Working with you is like getting Christmas gifts all year long. They come every time we welcome new Baptist team members, whenever I spend time with you and read your emails, and with every letter I receive from patients expressing how grateful they are for the care you provide.
