A culture of engagement

How well do we create a culture of engagement? How well did we implement the changes you suggested on last year’s survey? You’ll be able to answer those questions and more starting on Wednesday when our employee engagement pulse survey goes live.

This year’s survey is shorter, and it gives you an opportunity to tell us how your work environment has improved since last year. Your responses will be strictly confidential; we’ll only see combined results that won’t be attributed to any one person.

Just like last year, when we receive the results, we will work with you to implement your suggestions so that together we can continue creating a culture of engagement. I’m so proud that so many of you cared enough to take last year’s survey. I would love to see even more of you complete this year’s survey.

The power to shape our culture is in your hands. Take advantage of this chance to share your opinions, and let’s work together to maintain a positive environment for our patients and one another.
