Every year around this time we ask you to tell us why you’re thankful. Then, we feature your responses on the Baptist Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages as well as our website every November during our “30 Days of Thanks” campaign.
We’re doing things a little bit differently this year. We want you to tell us why you’re thankful for your team members. How do they help you achieve success? How have they supported you? What do you want others to know about them? If you would like to participate, more information is below. If you need inspiration or want to read some of the reasons your team members were thankful last year, click here.
I hope you know that I am thankful for you and your continued service to Baptist, our patients and our communities. You deserve to be celebrated, and I hope you can take advantage of this opportunity to shine a spotlight on our exceptional team.
To participate in “30 Days of Thanks,” please send the following info to your entity’s human resources office:
- A clear photo of yourself with one to two sentences expressing why you are thankful. (Please remove all ID badges before taking the photo.)
- Your name, title/position, department, and hospital/entity.
- A signed employee consent form.
- A signed consent form for any other individuals in the photo or video. For example, if you choose to submit a photo with another team member, that person will need to sign a form also.
