Giving thanks for historic move

During Thanksgiving weekend, Baptist North Mississippi begins moving patients its new hospital. The move follows the soft opening of the hospital held on Nov. 8 for leadership and community leaders, during which visitors toured the new hospital.

A project that’s been “30 years in the making” according to President and CEO Jason Little, this historic move marks another chapter in Baptist’s growth since arriving in Lafayette County in 1989.

Baptist thanks the many people who played an instrumental role in the three-year construction project and opening.

We give thanks for all the volunteers and team members who will be delivering even more specialized care to our family and patients during the move.
