BMG director chosen to represent Baptist in statewide leadership program

Kelly Codega, director of marketing and physician relations for Baptist Medical Group and the Baptist Cancer Center, was chosen to represent Baptist in WestStar, a leadership program that unites a group of people committed to realizing the educational, economic and social development of West Tennessee. Selection is based on leadership achievements and potential to contribute to the development of the region.

“Participating in WestStar will help me gain a better understanding of all the challenges and needs our local communities face daily,” Kelly said. “I am honored to represent Baptist and to help shape the future of West Tennessee.”

Kelly is a Leadership Lauderdale County and Leadership Tipton County graduate. She received the Citizen of the Year Award and was nominated for the Tennessee Hospital Association Meritorious Service Award of Excellence as well as the Tennessee Hospital Community Service Award of Excellence.
